Greetings!

Regarding the Novel Coronavirus, now COVID-19 that has been declared by the World Health Organization as a pandemic, here is an update as to how we, Prince George Pentecostal Church believe God would have us respond to the situation:

We will continue to put our faith, hope and trust in Christ alone.

We will commit to prayer, praying for both people and businesses affected by this virus and calling upon the power of God for wisdom and healing.

We will continue to commit to increased disinfecting of common items and encourage you to follow the Public Health Authorities recommendations of increased hand washing, social-distancing, staying home if you don't feel well and to avoid touching your face.

However, out of love to the most vulnerable for harm from the virus and in keeping with the BC Government's order that all events over 50 people be cancelled, we have decided that all mid-week programs and Sunday Services will be cancelled until further notice.

This includes but is not limited to Wednesday Morning Prayer, Men's Prayer & Coffee, Youth, Preteens and our April Senior's Lunch.

We will continue to post regular updates regarding closures and cancellations on our webpage. We are also working toward a plan to connect with you the local church in a remote fashion.

For those of you who wish to continue with your regular tithes and offering we would ask that you utilize the 'Online Giving' option found on our webpage.

May you and I see this as a radical opportunity to share the love and good news of Jesus Christ with those around us.

“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say rejoice. Let your reasonableness be know to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4: 4-7 ESV
